It couldn’t be called a “Salmon Festival” without celebrating the most prized catch of BC fishermen, the mighty salmon. Each year, over 1200 pounds of fresh wild BC sockeye salmon is expertly barbecued by Sutton Seafair over an alder wood fire and served with salad and a bun.
